Umber Kazmi

Professor Kazmi holds a Master of Architecture and Bachelor of Architectural Studies from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Ms Kazmi has served as an educational leader for over 15-years.  She has empowered over 10,000 aspiring architects through her passion for teaching.  Professor Kazmi created 'License Upon Graduation' which has since swept the profession of architecture. This initiative led to the formation of the American Board of Architecture in 2014 as the second largest accreditation body for architecture schools. Professor Kazmi has practiced nationally and internationally spanning the vast roles within architecture including: Design Architect, Project Engineer, Urban Planner, Construction Manager, President, Founder, and Director among others. In 2015, she was elected the President of the Adroit School of Architecture. Professor Kazmi is also the director of Atlas Kazmi Architects in Sacramento, CA.

Mike Kazmi

Mike Kazmi serves as the chairman and CFO of Adroit. He brings decades of experience in international construction management to the school. Mr Kazmi is a certified public accountant and adds the financial expertise required to serve as advisory on the school's finance committee.

Khurram Nizami

Attorney Khurram A. Nizami brings a broad range of skills to the practice of law. His specialty is commercial, technology and entertainment litigation and consulting. As well as addressing trademark and copyright issues, Mr. Nizami has worked extensively with domain name topics, such as portfolio management, virtual asset acquisition and reclamation by cease-and-desist letters, negotiation and international arbitration. An accomplished technologist, Mr. Nizami holds various technical certifications, including Microsoft Certified Database Administration and Oracle Certified Professional in Database Administration. Before joining Adroit board entering, he worked as a technical writer for a prominent Bay Area data analytics and integration company.

Kevin Wagner

Mr Wagner has worked with architectural, engineering, construction and construction management firms since 1982. He holds a Bachelor of Architectural Studies from University of Texas. Mr Wagner has supervised the design and management of both public and private sector projects throughout his career. His experience includes large industrial plants, digital phone exchange sub-stations, government facilities, hospitals, K-12 schools, community colleges, corporate offices and transportation infrastructure. Kevin believes strongly in the power of partnering and has been and advocate of collaborative work practices in the building industry since her early years working for clients and design build contractors. Many of his earliest successes were attributed to a partner based working relationships he encouraged between his designers, builders and stakeholders within his own teams. Along with serving on the governing Board of Directors for the Adroit School of Architecture in Sacramento, Mr Wagner serves on the executive board for the Northern California Chapter of the Construction Managers Association of America (CMAA) and was also recently appointed the position of Standards Commissioner for the American Board of Architecture (ABA).
